MARGARINE FOR PUFF PASTRY

Hard margarine 80% intended for all types of multilayered dough. Makes the layers uniform in the process of lamination. It is suitable for making doughs without yeast. The plastic structure allows smooth layersto be obtained  in laminated products such as croissants, multilayered dough, Danish multilayered dough, crackers, etc.
All margarines are available in sheets of 1 kg, 10 pieces in one cardboard box.
