Hard margarine 80%, with excellent properties for all types of multilayered dough. With its pleasant butter smell, it makes the final products tasty and perfectly completed. It adds the typical golden colour to the bakery products, crispy crust and long- lasting pleasant taste. Especially suitable for croissants and multilayered dough with yeast. Suitable for cakes, Turkish small sweets, etc. This margarine has three varieties of hardness, depending on the season. It does not contain any hydrogenated fats and trans isomers, and in the harder varieties the maximum levels are below 5%.
All margarines are available in sheets of 1 kg, 10 pieces in one cardboard box.
