Soft confectionary margarine 80%, with wide application. Suitable for dough for cakes, refined bakeries, biscuits, creams, etc. It gives more volume to the dough and the final products. The creams made with this margarine have a puffy texture and excellent flavor indicators. It is easy to work with it at any temperature. Suitable for all seasons. The melting temperature allows maximum sensing of the flavor characteristics of the ready products. It does not contain hydrogenated fats.
All margarines are available in sheets of 1 kg, 10 pieces in one cardboard box.
